There's a real good feeling about the team this season. Got to admit, I'm nervous as hell and it's only Tuesday. It's a real make or break game for us. All the games so far have erased my unrealistic fears of being dragged into a relegation scrap but now I've been left quite confident we can do something. We were better than Barrow at our place with about seven players missing, this game is a real crunch game now, a barometer for the rest of the season. I still don't think we will get top of the league, but I'd like to think we can take the likes of fax at home. I hope the players are up for it and luck is on our side.

I want you to knock seven bells out of each other, 3/4 reds and a dozen on reports.

I have the same fear and dread that I feel before all matches of this nature...

It's really not that important when all things are considered but my stomach won't accept that.
I'll be there looking nervous as usual. Hopefully it will be a little bit warmer for this night match too.

tbh it could go either way and we'll have to make sure that we close down the hooker and half back combos for Fax. It's always a good night at the Stobarts when we have a good crowd and we should get 4,000+ for this one.

Do you reckon the stand behind the posts we used for the play-off game in 2007 will be open or will the Fax fans be chucked in the stand opposite the main stand as per usual?

Would make for a better atmosphere if the stand behind the sticks was open.

That would depend on how many the club think you'll bring, but I doubt it would be open.
