I'd check with northen rail if I were you. All trains in and out of Halifax station have been replaced by a coach service on the last few Sundays, not sure of the extent of bus service tbh.

Remember the other year when our coach got it's windows put through at Widnes? Every place has it's fair share of d1ckheads.

Fax train station is closed on Sundays and it is a bus service from Hebden Bridge (which is the real backwards, mother/sister place).

So I'd set off a bit earlier than usual.

Any decent bus service to Leeds?

Not too sure from Fax on a Sunday, could always make your way to Huddersfield/Bratfud and get to Leeds from there. Been away from Fax for far too long to know bus routes now

They are finally refurbishing Fax train station, and it is closed every Sunday until mid July with bus services from Bradford and Hebden Bridge.

On topic I can't wait for this game, certainly gonna be more even than the last couple of times and in knockout rugby, anything can happen!

If you choose to Travel by Train The route i'd reccomend given the closures at Halifax is-

Train from Widnes to Warrington Central

Change there for the Transpennine Express Service to Huddersfield.

Or could stay on the train from Widnes til you get to Manchester Pic and get A Train to Huddersfield from there.

Once you get to Huddersfield catch the 503 Bus from the Bus Station to Halifax, goes past the ground so you can't miss it.

Alternatively, get on your club's free coaches

Yes was considering this option ourselves, very similar to our route to Batley the other week, really nice journey IMO. well apart from an hour in Warrington town centre
