Well if the lady who recieved the 'splash down' was playing no part in this slanging match, then yes I suppose it is unfortunate. I am sorry to play devil's advocate, but on TIW they really are making a mountain out of a molehill. I don't remember this 'hoo haa' when TOC did it to the Salford bench in 2005, our last season of SL. As for the scrap did look like hand bags.
