| As a Hull fan I would be excited to have Hall and Penny in our team but as things stand he (Hall) does not seem to be in Agars plans.
Without doubt in my opinion the most exciting young british centre in our game in attack, his current problem is his habbit of switching off in defence, jumping the line for the intercept and pushing the impossible pass in your own 22.
I sincerely hope this does not spell the end for Hall at Hull as I truly feel given the right coaching he could be international class.
Only a few seasons ago he was lining up in an academy international against Folau and did not let himself down.

www.widnesvikings.co.uk/view_news.php?ID=540
Widnes Vikings have signed Hull FC centre Craig Hall on a month's loan hanks to help from two local businesses, The Industrial Workers Unit and Myler's Estate Agents.
The 21 year old made his first team debut in 2007 scoring a hat-trick and 11 goals against Hunslet.
Mike Denning from the Industrial Workers Unit is pleased to be able to help the Vikings and Paul Cullen bring Craig to the Stobart Stadium Halton.
"As a local business we work with many Widnes fans and this is one way of giving something back to the town as well as backing Paul Cullen in his quest to bring the Northern Rail Cup to Widnes.
Paul Myler, a former Widnes player added, "I've seen Craig play and feel he'll be a great addition to the squad and I'm looking forward to seeing him in a Vikings' shirt. As a local business we are happy to be supporting our local team as they aim for the Northern Rail Cup.
Craig trained with his new team mates on Thursday evening and will be in the squad for the Vikings' Northern Rail Cup quarter final tie with York City Knights on Saturday, kick off 6.30pm

| Good player, I think some time in the Championship will be good for him. Made a bit of a scapegoat at Hull when other plays have been far worse than Craig.

What I always thought! He was playing out of posistion at full back and yet still getting blamed for defeats despite some making claer errors and him doing his best!
PS.
In one of his 1st games didn't he miss a touchline(right on) kick to win / draw the game and Peter Sharpe blame him for defeat, saying he was only picked for the kicking? As i seem to remember and he played on wing!
If Agar don't like him gladly keep him already ;D

With the skill of the other two i'd say 2nd row for sure, he'd be in my team without a doubt!
Just had one bad feeling remember the last Hall we got from Hull FC that 0mph winger in SL days! lol.

Bit blunt but i agree.
No need to panic yet though, Doddy has been in good form of late.

Think his names Shaun Leaf, no idea if he's any good or not. Sad situation for the dons though.
And we all know how they feel.

| It's all very well bringing in these supposedly classy attacking backs but until our pack stops getting walloped into the middle of next week every game we play they're going to be completely ineffective.

| Not a bad player is Leaf but not the standard we should be looking for. Hall on the other hand is a top signing in this league. Dare I say it that he could well be the best centre / full back in the Championship.

I know exactly what you mean, it's the aggression up the middle that we're missing.

Would still keep Yates as he is till only young but he's still got a bit to learn before he will establish himself as a starting full back every week.

For all the critisisers of Yates and I am not one, he is the strongest tackler in that line-up. Unless their tackling tecnique improved greatly those 4 backs would ship a heck of a lot of tries in.

I also believe that Yates is a good fullback and on his day he makes very little mistakes
maybe drops a few under the high ball now and again but these young players need a chance
I also agree but the defence of those players
Tyrer and Hall aren't the best of defenders so maybe just go with the one of those and maybe keep Dodd at centre because he looks an impressive tackler when given the chance
