Whenever Widnes win it's always the ref's fault.

Prefer to meet them in the final with an army of Widnes fans in the geri haliwell.

The obstruction did follow the letter of the law, the Whitehaven player interfered with play and certainly stopped Varkulis getting to the tackle early enough to stop the offload which led to the try. You don't have to knock someone to the ground to obstruct them.

What a stupid poll.Why are other teams fans bitter.We not played for about 18 days so we will be rushty and not like some teams we play many academy products that we are developing.We had several key players out and we still won and done a great comeback.Good teams win when not playing well.

We don't have to pay anyone.. he does it because he wants to.. because he knows in his heart that it is the right thing to do. A couple of times last night you could see him talking to the fourth official and speaking about his moral dilemma over whether to favour Widnes or call the technical fault and award a penalty.. and the fourth official repeatedly assured him that it was right to favour Widnes.. because he loves us to.
