Piss poor recruitemnt - there just doesn't seem to have been any plan to the balance of the team/squad. I mean how many teams start the season with no loose forward and one experienced prop? Even the players we have brought in seem to be massivley underperforming.

You never know - We've got York in the quarters of the NRC, if we win that one and get a lucky draw in the Semi's we might scrape into the NRC final. A Grand Final win looks a million miles at the moment though.

Got to say after the Widnes games at Fax I posted that Widnes did not look fit and looked nothing like a full time side have you changed your conditioner /trainer? There looks to be something seriously wrong with a full time squad that has not yet got itself ready for the season.Is there more to come?

What right now? At this moment - correct. Still plenty of time to sort things like that out - just as Widnes did went they went bust last year. All we can do is try and get the best players to our little club and try and win every match.

Look in this months World Rugby Magazine especially around the hooker role.

Wish salary cap was 1 million then we could buy more crap players.

That is a tad unfair,in the close season we went out and bought the best that was on offer for this league.We bought wildbore as a fullback which we needed we have been crying out for a decent scrum half we bought one.The only player that we didn`t buy as there were none on the market was a massive go forward prop.

We signed the best prop available, Said Tamghart, and picked up Neil Cherryhole and Matt James from Bradford, giving us a total of 7 props that would get into almost any side in this league.
That is a little greedy on our part and the exact opposite of last season where our centres were bigger than our props!!

But have to agree you lack an impact prop forward.

As has already been stated Liz, Bob has been released by Wigan and Widnes and now plays for part time Halifax in inbred yorkshire.

The Vikings will be back kicking ass in no time and you should consider getting a boyfriend with some skills.
