Which teams do you have a soft spot for?

Me?
- Saints (good rugby)
- Hull (Hope they'll break the top 4 monopoly properly)
- Rochdale (Don't really know)

There's a few other lower divison clubs I like to see doing well but can't remember them at the minute.

Workington. Not a clue why.

saints (same as u good rugby)
sydney roosters (if i lived in in aus id support them)

Mine would be:
-Leeds Rhinos (Well what can i say)
-London Skolars (Really nice bunch of fans last time i went down there, made the day worth while)

Oh, if we're including the Aussies then:

- Brisbane (Liked them since 1996 and always liked Lockyer after I saw him take a Goulding bomb with one hand in the '97 WCC)

- NQC (Seem like a good, honest, hard working club)

in britain-
workington, ive palyed at there ground and they are really nice people
celtic crusaders-seem a promising club,i hope they do well

in oz-
probably north queensland cowboys

Funny that as a Swinton fan I have a soft spot for Widnes, going back to the great Kurt and super lion Joe Grima. That was one of the best sides in my lifetime

OZ - Wests, just because i like watching Benji Marshall

Super League - Hull FC, great stadium and because of the time we had there on the last game of the season, cheering for wakey on the big screen



NL 1- liked Whitehaven last season, because i didnt want Cas to come back up

saints - for obvious reasons

roosters - favourite aussie team

blackbrook - best amateur team in the country!

Apart from Crosfields of course, RVW.

They only beat us 96-4, you know. And then 22-0 the next year.

Saints..........dont like them, but they are great to watch. Pure entertainment.

Swinton...........closest team to where i live.

Cowboys............went to most grounds in Aus. You have to admire a club so far from well, anywhere !

Seriously, I don't have a soft spot for anyone. Call me selfish but I support widnes alone and will never support or even cheer for anyone else. Bollocks to them. I have a few teams I hate more than others but that's it.

None just the Wire ,I know most of you defect to Saints when you go on your occasional vacation In NL1.

Always had a soft spot for Saints, have to admit.

In NL1 i like Rochdale, cos of the job Bobbie's done over there and all the ex Widnes lads, including Cants!

Wire I'll give you as I use to live there and I do enjoy the good old banter with them but Wigan, dear oh dear.

Good choice in Batley as well, I like them because of the chant "we're all going Batley..."

going to watch us playing at wigan and its always a good match when they come to us.

Some of my family are from wigan so it probably stems from that... i used to sit with me grandad and watch wigan on the tv as young as i can remember so there has always been some friendly rivalry in my family

I sort of know what you mean because some of my family are from Salford but I don't have a soft spot for them though.
