This coming Tuesday September 20th, Ashton Library will be holding another event linking literature and Rugby League. It is part of the Ashton festival and I have been asked to give a talk about the writing of my four novels One Winter, One Spring, One Summer and One Autumn Together they cover romance, rock 'n' roll, redundancy, rugby league, work and family life in the last four decades of the 20th century in the fictional South Lancashire town of Ashurst.
The event starts at 2 p.m., admission is free and refreshments are provided.
