I think Wigan have a few better props than saints.That is the reason not gone back to Wigan.I glad he has not gone back,otherwise he might have a great game like Farrell has done.
I must admit that I was disappointed when I first found out that we'd turned down the chance to sign Davies, but in Millward we trust and he certainly uncovered a gem in Unit.
Did Emmitt play for Saints this weekend and how did he do mate?I think we have lost Chris Dean and Liam Farrell now for the season.They both playing well for their teams.
I think Emmitt suits our team/style of play better than Davies would. Having said that, although "Unit" is making an impact at the moment and may do for a couple of years but I think in the long run Ben will be the better player, more consistent Super League player and one day hopefully play for England. I'm pleased he's doing well at Widnes with him being a Leigh lad.
