Golden Pheonix is NOT an all you can eat style restaurant - it does have those set meals for 4 etc.. on the menu and stuff. And to my mind, it isn't that cheap, ceratinly not for a mob of students. It's nice tho!
Wasn't there an all you can eat chinese place in Halebank? Is that still there?

I believe it is gash, you get what you pay for, but very cheap. But, saying that, I haven't been there.
