Were gettin a few players in who may have their best years behind them, however, on the other hand, you dont need that much to have an impact here. I mean, just look at what personnel other sides have and where they are in the league.

My thoughts exactly. A massively over rated player imo and now very injury prone.

A bit similar, but i think Rooney would be signed as potential back-up to Horne/Tansey and i also rate Rooney higher than Thorman.

Wakey didn't want him to go boost another Sl who are in contention for play offs, so tbh can't see why they stopped him coming

We should be looking at a top class centre or fullback next . Why sign Rooney ? Horne must be dropping back to No 1 for next season then if Rooney signs.

He's gone on loan, maybe Wakey didn't want to loan him to another Super League club

This really is a wait and see signing for me. I've heard very mixed reports about him.
