With the Easter period coming up, isn't our squad depth exactly what we need right now (and what Radders identified as paramount pre-season)? Like playing our trump card.

He's done well for wakey in the games I've seen. Hopefully he's back for the weekend

He's not up to full fitness yet, it would benefit both clubs and the player if he stayed for another month at least.
It would also give another of your fringe player's more game time, you know it makes sense.

best back tower would be Ashurst by a country mile. The guy is so underrated it's unreal.

Hadley has certainly been good for us though but we have many options for backrower in

Kirmond
Arona
Batchelor - a quality young gb backrower developing well

All that said, since his first game lacking match fitness Hadley has been a good short term loan option for us. Be more than happy to see him stay although that I think would be slim. His defence has been very good and this has where he has impressed most of us wakey fans.

I agree, hadley isn't your best back rower because he isn't one of your back rowers

And as has been said Ashurst is the best we have and Hadley isn't better than him

in keeping with the spirit.

Now back to the thread, Hadley has got the making of a good quality backrower. I expect he will be back with you guys but if he stays at wakey a bit longer I'll take that.

I was surprised when I first saw this, but thinking about it, after the first months loan you can call him back at short notice.

I'm hoping it also means Houghton isn't too bad and will be back sooner than expected.

Saying that I m still to see Thompson have a good game this year (stats have been terrible), so I'm suprised Hadley isn't in front of him, as I've he has looked good for Wakey.

Seems a strange decision but it seemed strange sending him out on loan in the first place. He's a better back row option than either turgut or thompson IMO so not sure why he isn't back and in the squad for Friday. We're into playing kids in the forwards when we get any injuries

Strange this its good for Dean but with Easter coming up I would of thought we needed all our troops on board where not coating games by any means ?? Maybe the club are putting faith in some of the younger players to fill the gaps

It's funny, but before he went on loan first time round, I saw a comment on social media about a falling out. I just ignored it, but it does seem strange that we havent utilised him. His match fitness can't be in doubt now and even though Thompson has done okay, I wouldn't pick him over Hadley.
