I'm not making the trip over no. Friday traffic, coach leaves at 4 (Mrs doesn't finish till 5), The fact I know we're in for a hiding, Money too tight to mention... Means I'll be in front of the box. I can count on one hand the games I've missed this season so yeah I'm miffed but what you gonna do ay?

Who ever wins on Friday will be deserved winners. Both teams have been outstanding this season. Just a shame Wire are starting to get found out at the business end yet again.

couple of hundred maybe? Setting off at 4pm and battling the 62 on a Friday night is a massive turn off.

Really disappointing if only a couple of hundred, club are putting on free travel and it's the biggest league game of the season so far, for just a league game on a Friday we took around 1500 to Warrington.

I'd think a good crowd from Wire, when they played us in 2011 to win the LLS they packed out the North stand.
Will the Wigan game affect the wire players mentally? People go on about mental toughness in sport a lot these days. We're hearing a lot about FC being mentally drained by our Challenge Cup final win last month but what about Wolves? They had one hand on the League Leaders' Shield when leading 28-14 against a Wigan side down to 12 men. Will that have an effect? Will it put doubts in the minds of their players?
As for us, Friday's performance has to be a 100 times better than the last 2 games (I don't count the Saints game because I think we all knew we'd be beaten the week after the CC Final and with the players we rested.) We have to cut out our errors and up the tempo, and not let Wire control the ruck. Another battle of the hookers on Friday, Clarke I think made over 200m against Wigan? We need to control that area and get Houghton running at their defence. There's so much more at stake than the LLS, the loser of Friday's match will probably end up 3rd and have an away tie in the semi. Same team as the CC final if all are fit.

Would put out the 17 from Wembley. Huge atmosphere, pre match lights show, get an tenor to sing Old Faithful and Nessum Dorma pre match, then lights off for the team to come out to fire jets (anyone who has seen Wales RU at the Millennium Stadium will know how good they look).

Win the game, then parade the LLS with the cup post match. Job's a good 'un!

The light show would be good. Just need good choice of music pre game ( mark snyed on fire, white stripes etc ) to really get crowd bouncing ( more the casual fans and newbies ) as the faithful will be well up for this one. If we do lift the shield don't feel the need to bring the cup out. Celebrated that already and lifting the shield infront of the wire fans is enough. No need to rub their noses in it. Fridays all about a season of long hard work and which ever team wins it deserves it and I will stay and applaud them. Wire and T Smith showed total respect in defeat at wembley and I believe we should show the same respect in hopefully victory on Friday. COYH

A lot of Wire fans ,myself included are seriously hacked off with last Friday's implosion.
You have a fully fit squad we have injuries everywhere and confidence is at rock bottom. Add to that the already mentioned Friday M62 nightmare.. I can't blame them for not wanting to spend their hard earned on watching us get walloped.

Crazy that people wouldn't be bothered about being at a game when their team can lift a trophy.

It's a massive game, the winner gets a home against Saints, which is much easier than Wigan away and a good chance to get to the GF.

We aren't exactly in good form, in fact Warrington look better than us since Wembley.

Poor excuses and with that much at stake and free travel anything less than 2000 is poor

It is still something that can be won so effort might as well be put into winning it.

don't let the warrington fans kid us, as long as they have clarke and gidley running the team they will be a handful. we need to turn up and play a lot better then we have in the last 2 games to succeed.

You've won 8, drawn one and only lost 2 of your last 11 league games. The side you'll likely field on Friday will probably only be missing currie from last weeks team who were coasting to a win against wigan with an hour gone plus you might have some back from injury. I think wire fans need to get a grip on reality

They're definitely favourites in my mind plus I wouldn't be surprised to see sandow back. We've been gash since wembley and wire have been much better. a poor 20 minutes against wigan when they took their foot off the gas is clouding people's judgement on this. We will have to be way better than we have been since we won the cup to win this one

It looked a nice trophy last Friday night for 79 minutes until that nasty man from Red Hall took it away.
