As for graham i can see why he is a go to performer and as our other exports are doing so well they are looking for more from the UK, would do him good hes a top player

I have never questioned his record just his current form, at present he is very average, also he has been on average very ordinary since he arrived , yes he played in a poor side when he arrived and yes i am one of the few who knew he wasnt a swain type tackling machine however his distribution, awareness and speed from the play the ball is no where near what it was when he won those gongs, thus he has been average at very best with a few decent showings thrown in here and there!!!

I'm not particularly a Berrigan fan, but that is nonsense. Even his biggest critics admit that he's had some excellent games - in fact that's part of the frustration with him.

For me, following Swain, the best hooker that I've ever seen in a B&W shirt, was always going to be impossible. However, Berrigan came here with a seemingly higher profile than RS and a reputation for being pure class. He was clearly a marquee signing, being paid a marquee salary and just doesn't show enough marquee quality anywhere near often enough.

Added to that, we are now going to pay him, presumably the same marquee salary, for a fourth season. I have thought for a while now that we could be spending that money with a lot more positive effect on our squad. Also, there are so many good hookers in SL that do offer so much to their respective teams for what must be a lot less money than Berrigan gets from us.

I can only surmise injuries or apathy have played their part on Berro but he does which ever set of glasses you are wearing Kosh and co, Berrigan looks a shadow of the man who played SOO

despite the B&W glasses many wear on here I assure you he is a show in for international honours yet again come the end of the season !!

The 'Freak' tage might be because he can play so well in a variety of positions. For Brisbane he played in the halves, centre and the hooker and excellent is all three positions. It just seemed that no matter where he played he excelled.

His form in his first season was really good and he was our POTY. Last season he was not so good but the side were awful and he was also carrying injuries. This season he started really well against Saints and Hudds but was poor against Crusaders and Salford. In the main he is doing a good job this season especially considering he had no trial games due to recovering from injury and also that the ptb's have been badly policed meaning hookers cannot get the quick ptb's they need.

I think that we could easily just all agree that he is clearly a decent player (if he wants to be) but we have not seen anywhere near enough of it.

In brief : he doesn't constitute good value for money !!

He might be struggling slightly due to not having a full preseason?

Look at Buderus at Leeds he seems to be doing about aswell as Berrigan and he is also a high profile signing. Maybe poeple just expect too much due to what a player is getting paid, maybe we are overpaying him but that is not Berrigan's fault. I am confident that Berrigan will get better and better as the season goes on providing the pack keeps getting on the front foot.

Think this has a lot to do with it.
