Not according to the RFL, the Cas v Saints and Huddersfield v Cas games have been awarded to Saints and Cas @24-0, because in both games there were no grounds for a postponement.
Salford breached Covid protocols (as did Cas), resulting in games being postponed because of serious Covid outbreaks. There were grounds for postponements, a subtle difference, I guess.

I see the difference in the situations and if teams get covid but te following the rules like us and Rovers, but this is their fault, so we should get the points, we wont though.

Can't see past a win for Leeds tbh Rider as Wigan are very poor of late and seem to be getting worse.

Perhaps Chris, but which is the best result for our challenge. I’m not sure,

I'm sure there is any real benefit though probably a Wigan win is best option for us as it then keeps Leeds out the top 6 regardless of our result on Thursday. If we manage to get a win ourselves it puts a bit of distance between us and the chasing pack which means they come under more pressure with games running out to make the 6.

After reading [url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-league/58319873this[/url it seems their breaches in the covid protocols etc have been deemed by the RFL to have had direct impact on the games being cancelled. I'd have liked to have seen the matches that were postponed and can not be rearranged awarded to the opposition as 24-0 as well as a fine to be honest to really hammer home the point and ensure clubs do not take things lightly.

Very bad news for the club but much more importantly for Reynolds and of course Cator.
A lot of your posts have proven to be correct in the past I've noticed. You are either psychic or close to the club.

| Reynolds was always a risk, certainly not worked out for him in the first season, hopefully come back stronger next season like alot of overseas players do.
We can replace both in the 17 without too much fuss but a few more injuries we are in trouble.
Really need a bit of luck, which we have had too much of this season.

I think he will, certainly the next couple of games, if not I think we I'll see Shaul come in and him and Connor switch between 6 and 1 depending on if we are attacking or defending.
Whatever happens, Connor needs to be allowed the freedom when we attack.

| I'm rooting for a Wigan win.
When you look at the rest of Wigan games they have a tough run in, plenty of other games to drop points in.
Our home game vs Wigan could be crucial if we manage to beat Cas and Leeds. I honestly wouldn't rule 4th place out.
Shame about Reynolds and Cator, but with others returning I think we can still finish with a bang, especially if Carlos, Connor and sneyd all hit form

| Its terrible news for Cator and Reynolds and wish them both successful full and speedy recoveries. What has the club done to manage to not only get 2 serious Achilles injuries to players in the current squad this season but also 1 for a player at another club that we've signed for next season?
I would think BH will leave Connor at fullback and bring Ben McNamara in at 6 and then bring Shaui in on the bench to cover 9 and FB which again gives us options to be able to change things during a game if needed.

Think Shaul may go to stand off and he and Connor will swap roles in attack and defence, as per Saturday, Brett Hodgson hinted that Shaul has new “skills” since his return.

| I'd go with Mcnamara but if he can't replicate Reynolds taking the line on committing defenders then releasing Connor, I'd try Shaul in the role

Hopefully this isn't the end of Grub and we can get him up and running for the start of next year.
