No need to smear JW, just reporting what he said (away to Huddersfield 2007). Maybe having watched Lee further since then he has changed his mind and concluded (like you!) that Lee in fact has a great football brain! Hmm, or perhaps not.

And if, as you say, he has allowed himself to be led astray by Thackray then that, does it not, illustrates he does not have the strength of character you need at this level!

Though i have not heard that rumour, i'd like to think it was correct. The tail has wagged the dog at this club for way too long and it was about time the board backed the coach.

Depends on their reasoning, if they believe he is the best person for the job then fair enough, I don't agree, but it is their money on the line. But if, as many suspect, it's simply cheaper to keep Agar on then it's for the wrong reason.

I can't imagine that he does. For him to (successfully) claim constructive dismissal there would have to be a fundamental breach of contract on the part of the club making it impossible for him to continue and entitling him to walk.

Publically at least the club seems to have been very supportive of him; some on here would say too supportive.
