City have an agreement to use the stadium. In order to be able to do that they have to comply with Premiership rules. If the SMC decided to ignore that, they would be in breach of contract.
So, no - Premiership rules do NOT mean 'sod all'. |

Cracking game of Rugby but id be more worried when we play the Kiwis....for all the pressure the Convicts had in the 1st half they created sod all...ball back inside where they got mullerd everytime...the Kiwis looked more dangerous with ball in hand.

Gotta play ellis at centre I recon, yes they looked good both of them but I have hopes for our boys, I dont see us getting mullered at all , think our forwards are as good if not better than anything they both had to be fair.. and our backs are not that bad... we shall see

Have you been on the lambrini again.
Dont stand a chance against either of those teams if they play with that aggression/ intensity or passion. Something we lack in on the international stage. We dont have the quality of players in depth as they do in the nrl.Maybe its about time we stopped all the aussies and kiwi's coming over and taking up key positions in our game as its stifelling(check spelling) our home grown talent. How many aussies are there over here in super league? How many british player ply there trade in the nrl? We lose say sinfield for example and the who have we got for that position who we can call truely world class?Its a big shame but to be honest i dont think we'll win a tri nations final or ashes series in my life time. I hope i'm wrong |
