I don't know about Colbon but believe Sheriffe and Sharp would be hard to get as they are ''home grown'' players who's clubs won't be eager to let go of.
Meli is not English and Pryce would want a lot more money than hes on now,
many people in the rugby league world think Reece Lynne is the genuine article so with his already year of training in a full time environment lets give him a starting spot next season and spend the money somewhere else.

I believe (although may be wrong) that Meli is exempt from the current "non-fed trained" rules?

Possibly a year too early for Reece to be considered as a first choice winger but I'd have no hesitation at all about playing him when the need arises as backup.

But was it too early for Briscoe??? And you could say he was played out of his position!! If he's as good as the club make him out to be then give him a go. played 1 scored 1 this season he just needs bulking up a little in the off season and work on his defence!!
We could do alot worse by spending a big chunk of cash on someone average and then Lyne wouldn't get a look in, he'd end up elsewhere and be class. Who'd blame the club then??

Doesnt that rule only exist though while the player is at the club they joined pre-fed rules. If Meli moved to another club i'm sure i read somewhere he'd be on the quota/non-fed trained list.

He has been at the club with his partner this week! but so have others recently as many of those with OOC sitreps at the end of this season have been given permission to go shopping as such if they so wish to and are walking the walk with their agents ...

Would Francis Meli, 31, be regarded as an experienced player, who has won it all in England and the perfect mentor for Reece Lyne?
