i would yes hed be 10x better then what we have there but hes here to give danny a break and hes showing now that all these minutes are showing in his performances been very average at best in the last couple of weeks but so have most of the squad we need better rotation

I wonder if it would be worth giving him a run in the nines, either this week or next (if it's on), just to blow some of the cobwebs away as much as anything.

He is very good player and I'm gutted that he's not chance to show it.

Once fully fit...id have him as starting hooker with Houghton off bench.

More than likely someone will be on here labelling him crap after a few games.

Looking forward to seeing him, although I imagine it'll be a couple of brief interchange apperances to start with. He should certainly pep up our offence once he is up to match fitness.

Watched him a few times with the Warriors and if he can replicate that type of form then our attack will look much improved.

Did our coaching staff give him a run out in the U20s before he played today? I'm assuming this is still an option for senior players returning from injury. I wasn't at the game today but it sounded like his timing was a bit out.

1) U20s are off atm with the 9s
2) We didn't have another hooker in the squad.

Went well......blowing for a tug in his 1st spell at the end of it but will improve our attack and his passing from dummy half is fast and accurate.

I was really impressed with his passing too.

When he came on you could see Wire targeting him with the ball and were doing everything to get at him but his defence stood strong.

best part was him trying to square up to woody which was a mistake.

but seriously he looks like a decent player and once he settles and gets match fit again will become a sound player for you.
