Having said that not losing the ball second carry on a kick-off return, not going short side and getting bundled into touch in your own half, and attempting and succeeding to catch bombs are just three ways I can think of to keep possession and field position away from him. That's before we've looked at defensive technique. Pretty much everything we did OK the previous week in fact and to be honest bread and butter stuff for pro players in the top league.

They're not team mistakes, they're individual mistakes. This year it's been the same individuals over and over again.

Shaul should have got to the ball at the end and they wouldn't have been able to score their last try. He made one mistake, yes it cost us, but he isn't a regular offender so you can forgive him that. But Crooks on the other hand is making error after bad decision after dumb play after error. Yes you stick with the kids, but there's a point were you have to drop them for their own good as well as the team.

Yeaman's been stealing a living for years now. He's not the standard we need down that side. He's lost pace, just trundles forward. I think he's become so much a part of the fixtures and fittings that he's undroppable.
