I rang the council and asked if they would tarmac my street and they said that they will because City are in the Premier League, the thief who was going to break into my car changed his mind because City are in the Premier League and least but not least all the pupils in all the underachieving schools in Hull have just achieved record A-C grades because, wait for it, City are in the Premier League.
