Same here, had my doubts when we signed him not because he lacked ability just his attitude and application after his previous misdemeanour's. His work rate all season has been great and particularly in the last few weeks. Reminds me very much of an Adam Maher, dont see or hear much of him but boy does he put a shift in. |

Very few quality players are OOC.
What's the story with Will Sharp? It hasn't been announced he has been released nor has anything been said about a new contract. Heard rumours he is going back to London, presumably to replace Omari Caro. I don't think we need him any more. He has been overtaken by Lineham. I would only keep him if we don't sign Crookes (or Foster).

Crookes is a lot better than Sharp. Foster is better with ball in hand but Crookes is a lot faster over distance and even caught up with Briscoe.

Has been with us since he was 16 and has done pretty much nothing to wrtite home about until this season. This season he's been much improved, his performance away at HKR being his best. A real shame he got injured as he could've been our top scorer.
He's got tons of pace and a good step. On the downside he's a bit of a shortar5e so vulnerable under the high kick. You'll be hoping his good displays this season aren't just a flash in the pan.
He was on very little at the Bulls so I wouldn't expect him to be on a great deal at FC. Overall, I'd say he's a good signing for you lot, would've liked to have kept him and we probably would have but for our problems. |

Didn't even seem to stand out at amatuer level when I've played against him, obviously that's not everything to go by, but Lawrance at Hudds who was from the same team as Crookes stood out. As did Houghton and Sam Burgess. |

So for Bateman and Whitehead, does it now read Galea and Aspinwall? Not knocking the outcome, which may be better for you in terms of 2013, obviously the two Bradford lads have the potential to get much better over the next 5 years or so, but are seemingly keen to stay there!
When I heard initially that Aspinwall was being released I wondered whether we might have made a pitch for him, he will be well known to Denis Betts. Anyway if he has re-signed its no longer an issue |
