You don't sign a player purely for their goal kicking and whilst I think foster has done a good job, I don't think he is a top class winger. Lineham will be much better than foster in a couple of years

Not sure. As I say, I think Sharp is closer than either of them. I just personally think that wingers need to be either quick or strong if not both, and Foster isn't particularly either. Crookes is at least quick, I'll give him that.

I have been impressed with Foster's composure and he doesnt seem to make many bad decisions. Don't get me wrong I arent advocating us signing him and i agree with the other posters on Foster's limitations but he does seem mentally strong and reliable. We have had some real metally weak and downright dopey players in the last few years and it was refreshing to see some steel and resolve from the side last night, Foster included.

Foster i think has done a good job while being with us. Can't really say he's done much wrong. He shows passion for the game and that's all that counts.

But have to remember, he's had turner as his centre partner. So whoever's his wing is always bound to get 2 - 3 on 1..

i am a very big fan of aspinwall and think he does a lot of the unnoticed work, i hope we keep him because i doubt he takes up much of the salary cap! hope gentles "never say never" is true and keep him for longer! any news on him at all??
