Green was well over 10 metres away when the ball hit the deck. Guess it depends on whether Ganson felt that Eden had tried to catch and missed it.

OTOH who cares? We've lost 2 or 3 Magic games to poor decisions. This is just some long-delayed Karma IMO.

I think the difference is just that this was a video referee decision whereas last year's bad call was just down to the referee, even if we got screwed over as a result of it.

It's now 1-1 in terms of game-changing calls over the past two years and they were both terrible.

Think Ganson decided that Eden was close enough to the ball when it bounced for it to count as being 'played at'.

But I don't really care. Ganson is, was, and always will be a crap official. We've suffered at his hands often enough. I'm not going to get bent out of shape on the one occasion we benefit. Compensates for last year.

Just heard the result and the controversy. Absolutely hilarious couldn't have worked out better

it was forward last year no debate. But it cant be brought up in a video review! plus the ref is stood in front last year so couldnt make the call.
This video review is karma for you lot but criminal for the video ref.
