I thought he was excellent yesterday, always looked for work at dummy half to help the forwards, he seems to have a way of consistently finding his front in the tackle which gets him a quiker play the ball aswell, one for the future

On another note, if Briscoe has the work ethic, I think he could be a great FB for you. If he tried to mould his style on Inglis (for example) I can see him becoming an even bigger attacking weapon. Great strength and speed, both of which seemed to show up more with the space and choice from FB than outside a centre who doesn't pass - generally the occasions I've seen him in before today.

Regarding briscoe, we need to keep him first

True, it's far too late for him to be anything but a winger in the NRL too. Hope you do, Hull seem to be slowly building a good side, would be a shame to lose your best home-grown talent. Not exactly new though, we should know.

Reminds me so much of Briscoe when he was starting. Real handful for Wigan and he wasn't afraid to get involved. Showed his pace again when his opposite number got away and was reeled in easily. It's early days but I see no reason why he shouldn't be given the number 2 shirt next season.

I thought Lineham was great last night and was your most impressive player. He showed great pace and balance and has real potential.

He's injured at the moment but has signed for Wakey for next season.

I feel the centre and wing spots and Lineham and Crook's to lose for next season, both have looked the part in the games they have played this year.

Competition for places is exactly what we want.

Look at our squad now and what it was in previous years. We have given debuts to 17 players, with many of our youth gettin valuable game time. So much better off for future season for the likes of Kent, Green, Bowden, Nicko, Lineham, Crooks, Cunningham etc, we will finally have some solid squad depth with plenty of SL experience.

Showed more in 2 games than will sharp has in 2 years. great to seea winger playing with confidence. Hope he goes on to cement a place in the team next year but really struggling to see what crookes will bring to the team above what lineham does
