I agree, the general area of concern appears to be his lack of experience which is fair comment, however most are prepared to respect the decision and see how it pans out...If he fails I am sure AP will have no problems getting rid!!

Plenty of assistants are ex players now such as Poaching, Hay, Webster, Chester etc.

We'll have to wait and see. I've heard plenty of positive things about Webster and quite a few bad things about Chester. Like I say though, for me, another underwhelming decision.

The 3 that was written on the whiteboards in Brnatingham gym this season was comical! The machines in the gym (Brantingham) are all falling apart, I'm surprised there weren't a lot more training related injuries. The sooner they kick that place into touch and have a more professional setup of their own, the better!

Contracts and negotiations are administration/club management, and yes he will have input, influence I'm not sure he has/had. The 'playing side' of things is coaching/coaching staff/players etc.

Not in the way that was being discussed they aren't. Rule was involved in the mechanics but not in the decisions. Which was the point of the discussion.
