To be fair in the picture it does have a tinge of pink, but i guess that is down to lighting etc. Personally don't think it is too bad, when you compare to some of the other shirts on offer. It has the main things you would expect from a Rovers shirt, It's red and white and it has the badge on.

Love the way they've got Green standing strategically so the hideous "frill" is hidden. Poor old Josh got the raw deal on the inside pages.

Women are trained that green tones down pink and but it clearly hasn't worked in this case. Wonder how they'll wash? Can see why Wigan avoided all the stress of returned Kooga shirts and blatantly went for red and pink in the first place.

Shirts with sponsors falling off and turning from black to grey with one wash (last season) sounds more hideous to me hun.

10,000 sold, can't argue with that. Helps when both home and away are on sale in decent quantities well before the busiest trading period of the year, mind.

Face facts. Your shirt is late out, with Hudgell having said it wouldn't be delayed to December this year. The design is poor and not even a bespoke one for Rovers, it's an almost exact reverse of the 2010 Tonga shirt that Kooga did. It looks pink on the photos and presumably that's before it's washed. No sign of the away shirt. But apart from that, yes, another massive organisational and commerical triumph for Hull KR.

1. Delaying the away shirt until well after Xmas is just as smart a business move as releasing both at the same time IMO (e.g. it allows people to spread the cash and buy both, whereas if both shirts were available on Sat a lot of people like myself would only buy one or the other).

2. The shirt is out well in time for Xmas, that's all that matters really.

3. The shirt is not traditional, but neither is Hull's new home one really.

4. Doubt very strongly that the finished product will have any pink at all in the white after the hassle a couple of years ago.

5. Slate the shirt all you want, it will still sell in the thousands, a lot more then half the teams in SL. Considering it'll only be our 5th SL season that's not bad going at all really.

So it's a good move not having merchandise available because those who can only afford 1 shirt will only buy one and then get one in January? Surely they could just buy one in January anyway and those that can afford it would buy both?

Anyway, the collar is the worst bit about the shirt. I'm looking forward to seeing sweaty obese rovers fans parading around asda in them next week. I think I'll do my shopping in sainsburys for the next few weeks

That caught my eye as a possible away kit if black and white and our home strip was mainly white.

I agree that Penrith away kit could make a great FC away kit. We could have a black shirt with different shades of blue stripes.

With the home strip predominantly dark this year, would make sense to have a mainly white home kit for next year so this as the away kit would be spot on

So can my design on the old thread bu used for the home one, as it was mainly light and it's the turn to break away from tradition
