Who is then, who and where is this proven No7 then??

Eveytime a name is suggested we get the 'he's not the proven No7 we need' but never come up with an alternative.

I'd be happy if we brought Myler in tbh, he is far from finished article and has to develop maybe he could do that here. Same thing probably would have been said about Dobson before we got a look at him.

Might as well get a pop in while we're at it.

Regarding Myler could be a good player in the future but I hope we get a more experienced international/SOO player to lead us around the park.

Personally think he's (Myler) being way to 'bigged' up, the only young player that i'd want at the moment is Westerman, he's miles ahead of every other young English player imo.

I don't think he's miles ahead of every other young English player. Ainscough is top of the try scoring charts in his first season, Myler is a scrum half playing really well behind a consistently beaten pack, Tommy Briscoe looked great for us whilst we played awfully, there's quite a few boom youngsters to be fair.

Hes a talent, but I dont think he will make a top class 7, and not t oo different from Richard Horne, more of a broken play player, that said he will make a a great 6 and would love to see us show the ambition to buy a player, but I just cant see it.

The brown paper envelopes stuffed with cash, 6 figure salary for his girlfriend and credit card sponsored by Simon Moran would just be the icing on the cake.

No doubt Westerman is a quality player, and only just 19, but there's plenty of other good young players around that show as much promise.

I like the look of Ferguson at wakey, good young second rower, not as creative as westy but makes more hard yards. I think the season playing stand off in NL1, when he was only 17, helped hone westermans skills.

Myler is potentially a very good player, any team would be lucky to have him, gonna be a good player in the future, would need a couple of years to nuture into a good player tho.
