By reading what's being posted about him on here and comparing it to his actual performances over the last couple of seasons.

He's a decent player, but not as good as many are now claiming him to be.

suppose it's a bit different to Brisbane when he's had Pietro and the likes around him, does far too much tackling and our ptb are far too slow for him to be able to shoot off from dummy half

His performances in SL(Catalan, Wigan and HKR)have been up there with the top scrum halves in the competion, dont think there is much doubting that. You only have to ask the fans of the clubs he has played for.

Top of the Albert Goldthorpe Medal standings aswell in the RL Express, he must be doing something to impress so many.

If that's the case, why the hell hasn't he been rested in order to recover??! FFS it isn't like we haven't got any hookers to take his place

Now for the facts! Dobson did well for catalans(in a then poor team) he also did well at wigan(again in a poor team) he then tried to make it in oz and failed (was nothing but back up) Rovers took a punt on him as they were more desperate for a SH than us (we still had dykes) and had more money left on the cap, the gamble paid off for them. Still think he goes missing in the big games. I know rovers fans will point to the saints game, but considering they ripped him apart last season he owed them.

I prefer to form my own opinions. Ta anyway.

And that opinion is that, decent player though he is, he is currently being overrated.

No doubt, me made a massive mistake when we wouldn't match your wages to him.

He should never have played against Salford or Quins.

That was another major plus point in signing Dobson, was that he had already proved he can come over to SL and adapt to the different conditions straight away. As we all know some of these top Aussie stars dont adapt to life in SL and never produce the same level of performances as they did in the NRL.

Dobson is a decent player and that's it, anyway this is about Berro.

Dobson is better than a decent player, alot on here were saying Thorman was only a decent/average player and Dobson is in a different league to Thorman.

Anyhow, if Berrigan is/has been injured, which looked like it to me against Quins when Randall ran rings around him he should have been rested last week. This is a busy period for all clubs and the last thing you need is losing him long term.

Heard last nite at Horney's X Factor that Berrigan had a viral infection on Sunday maybe that explains why he looked like shadow of himself, rumours i know but how true u decide just passing on what i heard.

There are lots of viruses kicking about in Sugar Mill. Easy enough to pick one up.

Maybe he should take some 'Mints' to relieve the problem
