lol bumped into Rich Agar down Tescos this evening(note to self,use Morrisions next time)and i said well done on signing Paul Cookie and he just laughed at me !!!!!

Someone else implied it, which was then ridiculed by kosh. All I did was say that it's likely that a chunk of cash is going somewhere other than the day to day running of the club. Neither of us are privvy to the financial workings of the club so either POV could be true.

I would hope an overseas half, although Westerman can also play 6 so he technically might be the cover? If so then I can an outside back coming in, maybe Phelps.

Maybe we wont sign anyone else now the Westerman signing re-shapes our squad. We're a hooker short but look to have decent balance.

Maybe worth keeping our quota spot free for a mid season signing.

We shall see! I'm just glad the Hull FC signing stalemate is broken, been like water torture these past weeks!

Rule has come out so many times and stated categorically that Cooke would not return as long as he was at FC that his position would be completely untenable should Cooke be signed. Regardless of whose idea it might be.

And that's without mentioning that Cooke is no longer of the required standard to even be cover, and would be a hugely disruptive presence at the club to boot.

We have said exactly the same..bit concerned about the people who are saying this
