Must admit can't wait to see Hame in action after a proper pre season. Looked good in his half fit cameo at the back end of last season but will be better still in January

to be fair, we have had a couple of really bad years but for some reason I really think this year we have the tools to do all the jobs needed in our bag!!
from Tansey at full back onwards we have attacking flair right through the team which I am sure SL will bring to the fore and when the going gets tough in the trenches we know we also now have the guys who can mix it up big time .

and to be fair SL has had that all of his carreer , he is no push over either and may recal first into Mason on tour after fielden got laid out.

Good point actually, do you think our optimism peaks around now, then slowly we get into pre season with a few injuries cropping up, then we find out someone needs an operation that could have been done 3 months ago and will now miss the start of the season, then we start to worry again and when the season starts we get a couple of iffy performances and everyones hiding the razor blades again???

Which has precisely no bearing on what may or may not happen in 2010. For example, the fact that Rovers' props got smashed all over the park in your less than successful foray into the playoffs last season doesn't necessarily mean it will happen at the start of this. It's the same thing.
