I'm sure they'll want to be continually negative but it won't change my thoughts. Radders is a tough guy and someone who will not stand for trash talk or crap on the field or off.

He's already setting his stall out by telling ALL players to get to preseason training in a fortnights time, it sends out a very clear message from my point of view.

There is no lying that I like the bloke but like or dislike, I am sure he's the non standard approach we at Hull FC need.

I predicted Huddersfield would be a woken giant the last season or two and indeed I was correct; ok they didn't go on to win challenge cups or grand finals, but they did make a clear and well made statement to the rugby league world, history doesn't lie!

It will happen at Hull in the coming season(s).

At first thought, i didn't think Radders was the best option for us.

But after reading reports and speaking to him himself, i'm drawn to the positive side because finally we have a coach who understands the fans and being a local at that.

Plus with all the positive news from AP regarding youth set up, bring on 2014.

Anderson had a cracking squad of players to work with, whereas Radford doesn't. Expect much of the same next season, though I'm sure you guys will be happy if he can change your style of play.

Hull have had the personnel to formulate a good position and compete. It's not a matter of their abilities, more about their commitment and desire to go out and put themselves on the line!

Huddersfield clearly have the right attitude and therefore that allows the personnel they have on the field to manufacture results.

i believe in giving radders a chance,otherwise,i would`nt have renewed my pass,and be prepared to make my usual round trip from edinburgh,to see how we go next season.

We have no option other than to give him a chance. I am not convinced personally, but what do I or anyone on here actually know. I will add I wanted PG out from Good Friday onwards.
If Radford gives us a squad with a desire and will to win that we expect then I will start to believe. I don't expect us to have a season like 78/79 but I expect passion and commitment every week. That is something that has sadly been lacking for a number of years now. Once we get that then I believe we will see the floaters returning on a regular basis. But until then you will have those who simply do not believe or refuse to believe. And no amount of propaganda from the club (which is still coming out even though Radford eluded to not really liking it) or positive threads on here will help.

We are though the Faithful and will still be around moaning like old women long after AP LR AL etc have gone. Thats all part of the joy of supporting a club.

I think 36 points is an achievable target for this team. Be interesting who he selects as his starting halves.

I think Radders will do a good job.

AP has said he wants a new tougher regime and has Radford in place to implement this new policy, but the only firm statements coming out of Hull are still from AP himself. ive just got a feeling he's going to be the one calling the shots with LR enforcing them. as far as evidence goes time will tell.
im not slating LR in any way or saying he'll fail, if he's a success then good luck to him, but I stand by my beliefs

radders knows his RL hes got our squad coming back early as one, no special treatment from day one, keeps all players feet on the ground and competing for starting for 17 places he wont be afraid to drop any player who is not training/playing well and that will be his choice not APs.

then I'd say AP is doing what organ grinders always do, they call the tune.

He's not dictating tactics, other than to say he wants an equal focus on attack and defense, he's not signing players, he is doing what any CEO does, setting a vision and a set of criteria for success.

Yes.

I want to believe in him, as this would mean he was doing a good job for FC. However, until we actually play some games with him in charge then its rather difficult to form an opinion. I'll just sit and wait until the action starts, then I'll have an opinion. Suffice to say I've already bought my pass so I suppose that's giving him the benefit of the doubt.
