I would suggest the only moron on here was the one who suggested/hinted/ 'heard someone who heard someone else say' that the loss against Wakey MIGHT have been deliberate.

If my managers can't get their teams to perform i'd want to know why. I'd want to know why they recruited them in the first place and what development plans they have in place for them. After continuous under performance by the team i'd want to then have a look at the Managers performance and their ability (or lack of ability) to Manage.
Ultimately the buck stops with the Manager for having an under performing team. |

The thing is they did, and do quite often perform well, and then, just when you think they're going to deliver, at least one of them has a brainfart, and the rest is history.
As far as recruitment/retention goes, well it's like the curates egg. However we do have a reasonably good squad with some very talented palyers. I repeat, I believe it's time for Agar to go, so that the new coach can put their mark on future recruitment/retention. |
