That figure will include pass holders . I think rovers will almost certainly sell out the north stand that figure will be around 18,000 with the remaining west (upper n lower) , south and east tickets still to go on sale to general public hopefully we can top 20k and possibly be the SL's highest attendance so far this season .

I can't wait for this game especially as I was away in Malta during the Cas n st's games so feels like I haven't watched us live in ages . COYH

Good to see tickets flying, but shows we have a lot of armchair fans in this city, the last 2 years the game has got 19K at the KC, but that was on Good Friday with both teams seasons still having something to play for. As soon as they announce this years isn't on TV, suddenly we have thousands of fans flocking to what is a 9th v 11th encounter.

I've never understood the attraction of watch Rugby League on tv.

I've been supporting Hull for 55+ years and have only seen a handful of games on the telly.

Anyone who thinks that watching a televised match gives them a true reflection of the game is kidding themselves.

anything over 15k will be a good gate, it's a meaningless game between two poor sides who promised it all at the start of the season. I hope both clubs fair better next season, can't get much worse for either of us.

yes, we have a great youth setup and some [uvery[/u dedicated coaches. Our first team lack quality and ability, and that will improve next season, but not enough to worry the top teams.

It used to bug me when some Hull fans would label the derby as just another game, but I can understand that now. The greed of the two clubs (pre-season friendly) and RFL (Magic) has led to huge overkill, to the point where the derbies now mean very little IMO. Consequently I'm not worried at the fact I'm missing this due to work, but fair play to those going.
Scrapping the friendly, and changing the Magic fixtures (if they insist on keeping the concept) would repair a bit of the overkill damage IMO.

It wouldn't be overkill if both teams were actually playing good rugby and challenging things. There's no satisfaction in being the better of 2 below average teams. Couldn't give a monkey's if rovers finish higher or beat us. Just another 2 points for me

I would love Hull to finish above Rovers it would be only a small win in a very long season but I would take it as there is nothing else.
