Exactly my thoughts and would hope that Adam isn't that stupid to try and pull the wool over the fans eyes any further. Too many promises have been given out by Adam and the club over the past few years that never turned in to reality and in all honesty were nothing more than false promises to keep the fans on side and putting money in to the club. If this is just another to add to the list then he really deserves all the criticism he gets from fans as it just won't wash anymore and I don't believe he isn't aware of that.

Don't know anything about Royle, but at 24 doesn't seem to have really had much game time. But Saints have always been strong in the back row so can see why he wouldn't be selected for them.
Not sure what he can offer us that Jebson couldn't, and would look to be more of a depth signing than for regular 1st team, because in my opinion we should be looking for experienced, leadership type players.
