I never saw that as a threat to take them to court, I saw that as him saying that he can prove we're spending the cap if he's pushed to do so. Same as when he invited people to come and see the books. He was being bullish.

The game isnt exaxtly flush with top draw sporting administrators. i think pearson has done the right thing by removing himself and claarke from the rugby performance area of the club.
