Used to enjoy a McCowan Highland Toffee bar back in the day or a bag of chocolate honeycomb then spend an hour getting it out of your teeth.

i well remember the mcgowans toffee bars,threpence each.iused to buy the banana flavour and the liquorice one.dont forget the other make PALM.

Just toffee wasn't it although I think you could get a praline McCowans instead of the plain toffee.

Used to like a quarter of the little chewy toffee-nuts on the way to school although that was just chocolate and toffee.

Bazooka Joe bubbly was a fave of mine. Radders would have liked them. Or flavoured toffos. He’d have liked them as well. Him and Lasty could soon get through a tube of them I reckon.
