The ethics of it would be debatable to say the least, but he would be a better signing then we can dream of at the moment, the biggest factor by a country mile in our recent downfall and we still havent recplaced him with anyone who can give our three quarters the quality he did. |

I cant believe some people want rid of Dowes, not just on this thread either.
He's one of the most professional, hard working and loyal players we have. If all the players had his attitude, we'd be in a much better position.
He executes his role within the team well, it's some of the forwards around him, the interchange policy and the crap strategy that are the problems.
