They have Callum Watkins back this season and also a young winger who played a couple of games last season. I would have thought Mac would want to keep BJB as he had him at Quins but he will be playing second fiddle to Webb so who knows. Smith is also fullback cover.

I'd say we need more than a new 13, another fullback and a reserve halve to push for honours.

I'd say that we'll need to be massively consistent and have a predominantly clean bill of health if we're going to be anywhere near challenging the top teams.

The only benefit of signing Phelps is if we can't find halback cover. Phelps could go to fulback with Tansey to the halves although Whiting could do that too and do it better.
