Im sorry to say Yeamo is done. Cudjoe made him look like a mug, highlighting all the poor areas of his game. Arundel offers a lot more now and should get a starting centre spot next season.

Arundel impressed as the season wore on, but I would like us to sign a good centre and have as Arundel as cover. Think Johnson is an ok cover guy but ain't first choice or we have got problems. I don't think the squad is that bad, except we really need an experienced leader in the halves, Holdsworth has been disappointing and Miller is still raw. I think if we are playing these two at six and seven again next year we are in for a long year of poor attack yet again.
What are people's thoughts on the young ones stepping in next season if we don't sign another prop, are Green and Bowden up to the task of being starters?
As many have said our recruitment has been pretty poor with four of last years six acquired men being little more than squad players. Think Paea is a great signing but defo think we need a lot more grunt in the pack.

not a bad line up if we want to finish 6th again, I agree.

If you get Mika, he has to be loose forward with Westerman in the second row, Mika gets caught out defending out wide, but looked far more comfortable in the middle.

If we get Mika he should battle it out with Thompson, Kent and Hadley for a bench spot.

If we get mika he can have Radford's water carrier role now he's head coach

No because it would symptomatic of the dross we are signing and the apparent settling for second best. The club at the moment is in a state of limbo. Has Gentle gone? Is Radford the new coach? Has Mika signed or not? There's lots and lots of questions being asked on this forum and so far the info coming from on high is NIL. As you know I've supported this club through all the good and bad times but the present situation just leaves me considering whether I should continue.
Fans deserve at least to be informed so that all of these (hopefully) rumours are put to bed and we can all be more confident in the future of our team.
