A Testimonial would make him around £80,000 at least I would say, especially if he got a good game at the end of it! thats a lot to turn down in exchange for putting your body on the line for an additional year. As I said before the fact is he ain't got two years in him, he's battered in my opinion, if Rovers offer him two years then its their problem, but I would suggest his game time will go down and down in the second year, but as it looks like they may not now be getting Mason, who knows!

Radders has only been granted a 3 month testimonial hasnt he? Given that testimonials are now subject to tax and there is no guarentee that he will get a showcase game against Rovers i would say that 80k net is highly optimistic.
Wouldnt he still be granted the testimonial if he left to join another Super League club?

Pretty sure it'd be a 3 or 6 month testimonial based on service to the game.

Yeaman is due a full testimonial as he will have completed 10 years service at Hull at the end of this season.

Surely any testimonial game will be against the Bulls anyone else would not make sense.

He will make up his mind in the next few days and the results will be handed down in due course, its upto him and I have a feeling that Lee will make the right decision for him. He has been on the money thus far and IMHO will command a first team place next term either off the bench or as a front row back up, where ever he ends up.

In my opinion Radders (If hes been offered) should take the 2 year hes allegedly been offered, Im not Lees biggest fan, although hes really upped his game this season and hes been very good for us, i just wouldnt be too concerned (well not at all) if he went, hes not worth any more than a year, his body wouldnt take that other year, good luck to him, hes got to think of life after RL, and if a better pay day came along then he'd be foolish not to take it!!

Lee surely has already sorted our his life after the rough and tough of rl and to be honest I would be very happy to have him finish his time at the FC. He's into the authentic rugby shirts at both Hull shops these days as well as his shop on Holderness Rd not to mention I believe, his value to the pub trade (wouldn't like to see any of these booze yobs trying it out at a venue with him at the helm) remember his efforts for Precci, and also I think he proved such a good club captain who certainly looked after the younger members of our squad.
So Lee, if you can screw a better deal out of the Robins, then like most of us you'll go with the very best wishes of all the faithful, and thanks for all you've contributed to us over the last few year, and good luck and good health to you and yours....grannyfan Cindy

Radders is opening a new bar either on Holderness Road or the city centre , what happened at FC ( not trolling genuine question) did you offer him a contract ?, Radders is not a big signing if he does come to Rovers but is a grafter the kind of player you want to do the dirty work , i thought he would stay at FC to be honest , maybe he will who knows.
