Try and stay in the centre of perpignan because Taxis are as expensive as the beer. Its a nice little walk to the stadium if you fancy it with a few cheaper local bars along the way including the golden arches if you insist on going. Most other bars are pretty expensive and everything closes on a sunday afternoon its like a ghost town.But its great seeing hundreds of fc fans in and around the castille bar area.Loved it last year and going again and taking the kids with us.

Was cracking last year mate wasn't it. Just pray that there's no Icelandic volcano eruption this year.

Guinness patches must be the future. I could sit and wear one at work and get steadily pi*sed as the day went on. Fantastic idea!!

The protype was a 440ml can, it's evolved but it's still a little uncomfortable when sitting down.

Maybe you could make it like those smoke free cigarettes. A drink free pint, like a sponge that you suck or something.

1. A Guinness gel that you can stick to the roof of your mouth. It then desolves during the day getting you drunk?

2. Guinness chewing gum and explodes with real guinness gel inside (see point above)

3. Guinness ice lollies.

4. Guinness lickable wall paper. (granted not portable)

5. Guinness chocolate. (not really for Catalans 30 degrees)

Anyway, lots more thoughts will come to me i'm sure. I was thinking of some sort of slow release capsule that you could ingest. It's an option.

As an aside, do you know without looking on google which country consumes the most Guinness in the world?

Actually i believe a lot were trying to find their correct seats after been poorly managed by the stewards!!
