I often feel like Hoy is scapegoated. Been a lot of games this season were he’s been one of our best players yet smith will jump at any opportunity to take a dig and drop him.

Quick to pay him off when he’s fit to play but we’ll happily let Carlos sit in the stands for the rest of his contract.

A player I really wanted to do well, bags of potential, however for multiple reasons we haven’t been able to unlock it.

I feel for him, ask any fan who they’d strike off first, he wouldn’t have been at the top of many peoples list. A young kid who moved to the other side of the world, away from everything he’s ever known, to then have a new coach come in who signed another full back at the first opportunity in walker (that is not swipe at walker btw).

Our recruitment needs to improve drastically, it is embarrassing having to cut these deals short on such a regular basis. Wish Tex the best going forward.

We let Evans and griffin go last year and neither was replaced so I won’t hold my breath.

Not sure what his attitude off pitch is like or anything like that (and wether thats contributed), but feel he's been messed about a fair bit this year. Started on the bench, then picked in the halves, then dropped, then back on the bench, then in at full back. Just not been given a settled position. But when played has arguably looked our best attacking weapon for the most part.
Looks to be a victim of poor unbalanced recruitment.
We've got Carlos who offers close to nothing at the moment t and is sitting in the stands injured most of the time who should be shown the door way before Tex.

I agree with what his dad posted. But it won’t get you very far criticising your coach publicly. Also with Hoy, he seems to think he is better than he is, maybe due to the family friends in Andrew Johns biging him up in the media previously. When he was out injured last season, he went round the corporate boxes at the ground and made out he should be a regular in the NRL.
