Well he's a bit of a cheeky get isn't he? After the debacle at Leeds I remember him getting some warm applause next game back at the KC, when he put his first kick in (as it was decent). What he ended up doing was take the mick.
Hull fans are hard but very fair, but we don't suffer fools gladly.

I never publicly slate players as i have the upmost respect for them for the way they put there bodies on the line and the way they just get up and carry on regardless on the pitch

Thormans performance at Leeds is up there with the worst i have ever seen by anyone in over 30 years of following Fc, i remember having a row with someone at Leeds as i was slating him that night, mistakes i can tolerate but he lost his bottle and tried to hide and imo let his teamates down that night as the rest were having a go but were let down by Thorman and also if i was Agar i would have had off after 20 mins or so

He has only got about 2 or 3 try assists to his name all season which is pathetic for a scrum half and also our vice captain great move that was , i for one am glad to see the back of him should never have signed him but there you go no wonder his own players wanted to fill him in





But then to come out now and have a pop when hes on his way says it all about him imo, we had to pay to watch that and also why didn't he have a run in the u21's like hall did , never heard Craig complain bhe just go with it

Didnt mind him to be honest....we could have had a choice out of the $hitty sharks era but Thorman is head and shoulders above them and is only beaten by the useless get that was Dave Brown..a aussie test player who was big fat turd/.

In all fairness he had a point when he said about the boo boys not helping the club. His arguement fell apart when he said he only had 1 bad game. I can only remember him having one good game.

Tbf, he says the fans came down on him after one bad game - not that he only had one bad game.

But we never, the Leeds game was the final straw he was $hite for weeks before that

Well its quite clear he has a far greater opinion of himself then we have of him.

I can't think of ANYONE in almost 40 years of watching the club that was as bad as he was. He can count himself VERY LUCKY to have had a contract and be guarenteed a monthly payment for 12 months. If he had a regular job he'd not make the end of a 3 month work trail.

As others have said, one thing most will not tolerate is lack of effort and on Thorman's perspective his level of effort is nothing sort of disgraceful. He obviously thinks his performances are good enough..........I'd make him sit down every week to watch a video of him personally and analyse his performances and ask him WHAT THE HELL HE IS HAPPY WITH

I can imagine he is a pain to coach and play along side, as he seems the type who always knows best, is never wrong, blames every one else.

GOOD LUCK to his agent in trying to find him employment in super league. Doubt anyone would touch him with the proverbial ty stick or 10 foot barge pole

IMO having 'bad games' can be down to different reasons and the only one that deserves out and out criticism, and probably the majority of RL fans would agree, is lack of effort/commitment. For example, I could never knock Tommy Lee because his effort/commitment was there for all to see, unfortunately so was his like of direction (although that was largely down to Agar IMO). I played amateur RL (not a particularly high level at that) and I would have been ashamed if I'd have attempted to 'tackle' like he did, no excuses!

When the player himself cannot recall how many poor performances he put it, its a bit rich him having a dig at the fans.

Truth is, he only put one good performance in and that was on March 15th at Odsal.

He was not just poor, he was inept at times. But rather than knuckle down and train his breasts off to improve he got worse and worse. Being crap is one thing, making extremely poor decisions is another (his kick from our 20 in the last 10 seconds of the first half at headingley springs to mind)

Aside from Bradford away he was poor, however the crowd booing his name as it was read out at the Huddersfield game was pathetic and embarrassing and it has to be said that Agar hung him out to dry more than once.

Thorman only had the one year deal , which can be the Kiss of Death from Agar.
