If Mason is so great teams in aus would have been fighting over him....he hasnt been no where near his best for a few years not just whilst a kr player.....so would you pick mason over manu at the present time??

O'Meley might have been judged as being passed it, quite fairly, before he came to us, but even a short of form O'meley can still do a prop forward's job at anytime and he has proved that he has upped his game and is again making the hits and metres in the tackle. Mason, in my opinion, will never be the same player he was back in his day and the best that anyone can expect from him is just a solid prop forward with a decent off-load. His rampaging days are over.

dont judge mason on 5 games for rover when they where playing terrible ,when he hadnt touched a ball for over 5 months ,and remember average in the NRL is nearly superstar here ,in the right team mason would be deadly
