If Bowden could only last about 8 mins against Salford, Pearce would be able to last about 40 seconds.

dont honestly think Pearce will ever really make it. Not a big enough engine,would be to much of a luxury! Plus he takes a knock and needs treatment every game nearly at 20s level. At SL level he'd be in a world of pain!

If Gentle can get us through the next month still relatively well placed in SL and with a few more points, he'll have certainly earned his money.

Losing three or four forwards from our paper thin squad was always going to be a huge problem. Tbh, I fear the worst for tonight, the derby and Easter. Obviously, I hope that I'm very wrong but a season defining run of games has come at the wrong time.

If Horne and Yeamo are OK then that's a massive boost. Horne to FB, Ellis with Seymour in halves, Whiting loose man, Turner bench back row. Makes bench look little bit better. Woulnd't besurprised if Houghton is asked to play full 80:
