Tomkins has played 7 games for the first team at Wigan and hasn't had a bad game and has had 2 or 3 very good games.

Inconsistancy hasn't been a problem.

As for Tim Smith i reckon we'd let him go if somebody came in for him but i get a feeling he may get a shot in the first team in the next few weeks and with a good defensive centre in Gleeson at the side of him aswell as Bailey on the other side of him he'll go alot better for us.

OPTION ONE

if Crocker or Luaki doesn't get here we need to use ALL the money to get a 7. I'd rather it was the best we could afford from anywhere in the Universe if he's on a long contract and we just wait for the visa

OPTION TWO

use the above money if any, plus additional funds from any players who will not play again (Byrne or Motu??) we need to pay them off and get the best "non visa needing" 7 by going to his club and waving some spondoolies in their faces. Robinson will be my choice. He'll do thank you very much.

well i don't agree as thorman is the worst i've ever seen in a hull shirt. i'd rather have whoever is scrum half in the under21's or 18's (and i haven't even seen them play ) than thorman IMO

we started looking like a team once he got shifted out of the way to full back. 9 games is long enough to show he cant handle super league. Huddersfield seem to be doing great without him.

Think we already have the answer with reardon signing, but I think he would of been worth a shot until the end of the season. He already has his visa so that wouldn't of been an issue as on loan he wouldn't of been changing employers.
