Well you must be lucky then because whenever i've been out and seen Leeds players together including Bailey the only "ex-players" who are normally with them are Calderwood ,Walker or Scruton.
Must be his double who lives in the pendas arms then and Bailey has no trouble with club discipline ,being late or getting fined.

As soon as the news about Yeamo's injury came out Tansey should have replaced him in the squad [iif[/i he is to remain a Hull player.

Unforgivable decision by Agar to drop him on a principal for the most important game of the season and one which decreed 4 months of misery/happiness for us fans. Even before the match and Hall's injury it was obvious that if anything happened to Hall or he failed to cope at fullback under Rovers' predicable targeting then the game plan was shot. One of the few games we've had the opportunity to play Long and Horne together and the last 3 weeks of them practicing together for this occasion completely wasted.

If, of course, he is to be sacked then the above is irrelevant and Agar had no choice. But [iif[/i he is still an FC player then I will find it hard to forgive Agar for this. I'm fairly neutral on the Agar issue usually but this would be a big argument for the "antis" imo.

If Tansey has transgressed as seems likely then Agar took exactly the right decision. He cant turn around and say you're disciplined then change his mind due to some other occurrence and say 'It's OK Jord Yeamo's done his foot and I didn't really mean what I said what are you doing Saturday night ?"

The wrath of the fans should be 100% against Tansey. He's the one who has let us all down - again - and I wouldn't be disappointed if he exits stage left for good.

I hear what you're saying, in which case he should be dismissed. The club's alcohol policy should permit this. If he's not to be sacked then he should have played last night in the most crucial game of the season and most imortant derby in 30 years.

I'm bloody angry at Tansey and my wrath is directed at him for being fit and putting Agar in that position. He's let the fans and team mates down in a unforgivable manner. But in a game of last night's magnitude when it became clear we were to be even weaker in the backs than we already were following Yeamo's injury, that should have been put aside and Tansey should have played.

As it was, we have a backline full of kids and people playing out of position. It was obvious that if anything happened at fullback (which sod's law dictated it did) then our halves and whole game plan were disrupted too. The rest is history.

Agar had a choice - either keep him as an FC player or sack him. If the decision to that is the former then he should have played last night.

Be interesting what news comes from the club on Monday.

Agree we should look to be rid of Tansey. Agar's options would depend upon the discipline policy for the players - and the frequency of misdemeanour's allowed and the agreed punishments. A discipline policy is exactly that - a policy - which cannot be broken on a whim. It might look attractive to do that short term but long term it's disastrous. We've only just started recovering as a club from the last remnants of the previous booze culture.

I agree, Bailey's behaviour is one thing we cannot blame Tansey for!

Tansey not only did you let yourself down you let your team mates down. Not to mention us fans. Either shape up or ship out!

Disappointing. Basically the message is you can flout discipline over the course of a season and keep your job. We're not a team of world-beaters and needed everyone fit to be available last weekend. Tansey's actions prevented that. Wonder how those who are first on and last off the training pitch and do more than their fair share on the community programme see this. I recognise that there are probably legal reasons why we can't just sack him, but he could be told to look for another club. I'd not be surprised if the deciding factor here were the lack of other available fullbacks.

Unless there is a specific list of punishments for breaches of discipline, wouldn't it have been better to have come up with a huge fine and let him play? Especially as Yeaman had been injured. Then he could have shown his team mates his commitment on the pitch. Hindsight, wonderful thing.

Probably won't sit well with a lot but we would be losing a very good player if we let tansey go . No way do I accept his behaviour at all but we would struggle to get anyone decent in now and team would snap up tansey

The right decision imo, he has been disciplined by the club twice and been told in definate terms that it's his last chance. Arguably our best attacking player so it would have been sad to see him go.

His ability shouldn't have anything to do with our discipline procedure.

I'm with Mrs B on this one. He has let everyone down massively. If it was possible to get rid then we should have.

In terms of his ability, I'm still not convinced by him. Makes too many errors to be a fullback IMO.

He is way ahead of any other player we have at the club who can play fullback.

I agree. However i'd guess FC know who else would be available for next year at full back and we'd probably be considerably weaker without Tansey.
