I'm going for us to come away with a close win, something along the lines of 24-18 in what may become a scrappy low-quality affair.

In fact, in truth, I think it might benefit us if the game does turn scrappy! If it was to turn into an open 'you score one, we'll score one' sort of game, I'm not sure we would emerge the victors, seeing as how we're not exactly noted for our open expansive game in 2024





I'm always more nervous about the games where I think we're in with a chance as opposed to the ones where we know it's a simple case of keeping the score down. To lose to London twice in three months would be embarrassing for all concerned.

Yes it’s been hard to be upbeat all season. Default is easy. It’s no help to a struggling club of which we are part. The future always provides hope and Myler is doing that. Unfortunately I'm pessimistic regarding tomorrow, I find it hard not to be at times.
I can't see anything other than a London win.
They'll be buoyed and confident by their victory over us and win over Catalan.
I think their spine is better organised and they never stop trying, playing with enthusiasm.
It will be a battle of attrition and desire tomorrow and I'm not sure we have enough.
The pressure is all on us.

The discipline has remained constantly poor and the error count hasn't improved either which in it's self creates more pressure on ourselves during games . A lack of any leadership , direction and game savvy compounds any attacking threat we try to come up with , Also we've hardly put in a full eighty mins all season so I don't expect any of these to change on Saturday . I think London will win by a couple of scores

With the players coming back I'm pretty confident we'll win by 12 to 14 points.

A loss will be a new low in a disastrous season and we will have officially reached rock bottom.

We haven't got the Half's to open them up. With the players in the squad can see us sticking to a simple plan of using our big forwards . Not great to watch but think it will be enough. JUST

Reynolds going has left a massive hole in the half’s tbh.

He's nothing special but I agree he gave us direction and energy that we badly needed and would have been a better back up than Cust going into next season.

Absolutely. A Cartwright signing as he's coached him and knows his qualities but in reality he hasn't seen him play for the last couple of years because he's either been injured or not selected.

People saying about Reynolds over cust. If we had announced that we had signed Reynolds on a 1 or 2 year deal, these threads would've exploded. Yes he would be cheaper and yes a we would've had a quota space, but I'm not having it that Reynolds is better then Cust.
I'm not saying Cust is a world beater etc but he is better then Reynolds.

Pleenty said when reynolds was here he'd go OK as a back up next year. Cust is injury prone and it looks like we'll end up with him at hooker when he isn't a specialist there. He's an overseas player so takes up a quota spot and will come on a decent chunk of money. Not a great signing imo. Definitely better than reynolds but the overall package not good value for money for me
