Not sure it's quite big enough, and Roads would be a problem. There is however space for a rail halt but despite many pushes to get one in West Hull over the years (at the KCOM and at Brickell Ave) that idea never gets off the ground.

Nice idea but probably a none starter as I believe the Allams own the training ground although we have a long lease from them and I can't see then being too ready to assist us building a new stadium on there in an effort to get away from them and the KC.

This is the proposed stadium for Workington to be shared between their Rugby & Football clubs. Costing between 15-20million. Not sure on the capacity, but something like this should/could be possible surely?

Not big enough and we already have a stadium.
Like i said several days ago Adam would be far better if it was possible borrowing money or finding a small consortium to buy Hull City and take control of both clubs.
The Council would be far more willing to work with Adam with regard to ownership of the stadium and the sale of the surrounding land for future development once Allam is out of the way.
I am certain fans of both clubs would get behind this.
I wonder just how many fans would buy into a three year pass membership with added benfits at £1000 for Hull FC and £1200/ £1500 for Hull City.
It could certainly raise a substantial sum to help a buyout.

How does that reduce our income?
The people that buy into it would have already paid so the club/s have the money. The key to it would be the added benefits the clubs can offer.
It doesnt effect the income from supporters who dont have the funds and would pay in the normal way of a season pass or walk in.

You're spending the money on buying a stadium, rather than running a SL club (eg paying players wages), hardly rocket science.

TBF that’s not reducing your income, the money will still be coming into the club i(ncome) it’s just the club will have a stadium to pay for so may possible mean less going towards to clubs playing staff.
However that’s all debatable as it may well be that paying for a new stadium over a period of time with the advantages of having control of all income to the stadium offsets this. In fact it is plausible to say that for the club the costs for playing at the KCOM vs the cost of its own stadium with the benefits of all revenue streams being under the club’s control are very similar.

Not necessarily, my pass is £21 a month so over 3 years is £756. A 3 year pass from me at £1000 has given the club profit instantly.

It depends how much of the £1000 is spent on funding a new ground.
£250 wont go far, even if 4000 supporters went for it, that's "only" £1m.
Everton's new ground - around £10,000 per seat....

Why is it silly? I’d hardly call Bramley Moore Dock area high end land it’s a pretty much disused and part derelict dock.
It’s a pity a development can’t be done with the area around St Andrews Quay. Though who’s to say that’s not what AP is thinking of more of development than simply a stadium plonked on some land.

| Maybe part of the reasoning of strengthening the board, is with a view to investigating the possibility of a new stadium?

Can you explain why you think it’s silly. There is land along the river that would be suitable. 1, behind macro. 2, west of St Andrews dock. Maybe get some government and local council money as we could, maybe, utilise Lord Line building. Clearly council may object on the grounds of KC Stadium was built for two teams. Access has to be considered but I don’t see why it’s silly to speculate. Unless you know different?

The rear of Threepenny stand was used as a urinal. I can see Hull supporters slashing into the dock.

I dont think the concept of a new stadium is silly, not at all, but comparing Hull FC's ability to build a small stadium to what Everton are doing is, if it were built on St Andrews half the supporters wouldn't be able to get there, too far out of town. We will not leave the KC, AP is posturing, nothing more.
